To start off the implementation process, Neostella collaborates with your team to:

• Discuss desired Filevine functions
• Define the business value
• Create the project scope
• Document the business requirements

Next, Neostella introduces your implementation project team and aligns on all objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables before kicking off the project.

The build process will use Neostella’s library of Filevine templates and subsequently design any custom configurations based on the findings from the Plan & Strategy session.

Our implementation experts will begin the migration phase moving the data and documents between system, databases or platforms.

In preparation for launch, Neostella coordinates resources and activities to transition the Filevine environment into production.

Finally, once the project is live, we will continue to support your internal team and ensure you can work with the Filevine solution and establish Neostella support for any post-launch issues that arise.
