This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Neostella, Inc. (“Neostella”) interacts with information provided by the user (“You”) at or related to Neostella’s NeoSummit event (“Summit”).

NEOSTELLA MAY UPDATE (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY) THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. BY ATTENDING THE SUMMIT AND INTERACTING WITH NEOSTELLA AT OR RELATED TO THE SUMMIT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY AND ANY UPDATES.

  1. Order. If an Order and this Agreement conflict, the terms of the Order will control. Capitalized terms not defined are defined in the Order.
  2. Data Collection, Use, and Sharing. Neostella collects, uses, and shares the following types of your data:

  1. De-Identified Data. Neostella may de-identify any data it collects (including Personal Information). Once such data has been de-identified (including the de-identification of Personal Information such that it is no longer considered Personal Information under applicable law), Neostella (i) owns such data, and (ii) may use such data for any legally-allowed purpose.
  2. Social Media Interaction. Anything You post (“Post”) to Neostella’s accounts on social media related to the Summit is public. Neostella may post (or re-post) any Post on the Site and social media. Your use of social media is governed by applicable third-party policies and terms.
  3. Data Sharing- Generally. Besides the sharing listed above, Neostella may share Your information as follows:

    1. Neostella uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help secure Personal Information against loss, misuse, and alteration. Such measures depend on the type of Personal Information processed. If a breach of Your Personal Information occurs, Neostella will, if applicable law requires, notify You of the breach.
    2. NO DATA TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE 100% SECURE. WHILE NEOSTELLA STRIVES TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION, NEOSTELLA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  3. Data Storage/Processing. Neostella may store and process Your data in any country where Neostella does business (including countries other than the United States). These countries may have different data protection and privacy laws from the United States. Officials in those countries may be entitled by applicable law to access Your information. When transferring data across borders, Neostella uses commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such laws.
