what did you reimagine?
That was NeoSummit’s 2026 tagline, which is fitting for the event, the industry, and the company. NeoSummit itself was born out of reimagination. Since Neostella’s rebranding as a legal tech company late last year, we have sought creative ways to share ideas and spark conversation in the legal tech space.
NeoSummit did exactly that: it offered a space where legal leaders decide what comes next.
The conference presented two days of insight and inspiration, connection with legal innovations, and a clear goal that allows all legal professionals to move forward together. This year, Neostella invited partners, sponsors, and legal leaders to Fort Lauderdale to participate in these discussions, shaping how the world of legal tech truly works.
Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa presented the perfect space for conversations to flow while keeping attendees relaxed. On the beautiful beach facing the sunset, attendees of NeoSummit were able to engage in meaningful conversations regarding the legal industry. NeoSummit was designed at this specific location to foster connection and inspiration for legal professionals while simultaneously granting them time to recharge.

day one: trust and leadership
Throughout the two conference days, multiple sessions contributed to this inspirational discussion. Day one was focused around one specific theme: trust and leadership.
Intended to reset and refresh attendees, the day started with sunrise yoga on the beach. Following this, attendees broke off into sessions centered around workflows, operational breakdowns, and implementation.
Day one’s keynote from New York Times bestselling author Amanda Knox offered a compelling perspective on how narratives are formed, how judgment unfolds, and what leaders can learn about fairness, resilience, and responsibility in moments of public scrutiny. Following her keynote, attendees participated in a meet and greet, allowing a deeper exploration of leadership, justice, evidence, operations, and the human side of decision-making in high-visibility environments.

day two: innovation
Day two was dedicated to innovation, presenting Neostella’s new legal case management software. After beginning the day with a calming, guided meditation experience accompanied by sound bowls at sunrise, guests sat in on Neostella’s product keynote.
VP of Product Brian Mayer, VP of Partner Apps Samm Karshenas, and Founder and CEO Matt Lutz spoke on Neostella’s platform, emphasizing that change of the legal industry can happen when products shaped around a firm’s reality are widely utilized.
NeoSummit closed with a night reception sponsored by MoveDocs + Oasis Financial that brought leaders, partners, and peers together for a vibrant beachside gathering accompanied by coastal energy and shared connections.

overview
This joyful close to the conference left NeoSummit participants feeling excited about the innovation and future of the legal tech space, eager to see more of the industry changes along with Neostella’s growth moving forward. During this ending, Neostella Founder and CEO Matt Lautz announced a new offering with Provana, which was a big announcement for both companies.
And this growth should be anticipated. For both the legal scene and Neostella, big changes are happening, and we are excited to take supporters on this journey with us. NeoSummit will be back in 2027 ready to “reimagine” more of the legal landscape to better the future.
