how do document storage limits work?
Storage is pooled across your entire team. Each user license includes 20GB of storage, which combines into one shared total.
For example, if you have 100 users, your firm receives 2TB of total shared storage. Any user can use more than 20GB as long as your firm stays within the overall limit.
what happens if we go over document storage?
If your firm approaches or exceeds its shared storage limit, we’ll notify you first.
Additional storage is available at $0.04 per GB/month. We do not retroactively bill for overages, and there are no surprise fees.
what’s a webhook?
A webhook is an automated notification sent to another system when an event happens, like a data update.
how do pooled webhooks work?
Webhooks are pooled across your firm, just like document storage. Each user license includes 3,000 webhooks per month, which combine into a shared total your team can use flexibly.
what happens if we exceed webhook limits?
If usage exceeds the shared limit, we’ll notify you and discuss adding more webhooks at $0.0003 per webhook/month. We never retroactively bill for webhook overages.
